One person taken to hospital after large house fire in Farnham

One person has been taken to hospital following a large house fire in Farnham.

The blaze broke out on Meadow Way, Rowledge just after 1 o'clock this afternoon.

Four fire engines and a water carrier from Surrey Fire and Rescue Service are at the scene.

Three additional appliances from Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service were also called in to support the response.

Nearby residents are being warned to keep windows and doors closed as a precaution due to smoke in the area.
