Nearly half of employees in Wales have experienced some form of sexual harassment in the workplace, according to a survey by TUC Cymru.

Venue bosses across the Midlands have come together to trial a new training scheme aimed at teaching staff how to recognise and stop sexual harassment.

Ronnie Gibbons told the publication Al Fayed invited her to his office on two separate occasions, and alleges he tried to kiss her on the mouth and groped her.
