Around two million people descended on Copacabana Beach on Saturday to catch a glimpse of the popstar as she performed the biggest show of her career to date.

The show is paid for by local authorities to help boost its economy - with projections suggesting it would raise almost £80 million for the Brazilian city.

Dog walker Ryan Fischer said he suffered a collapsed lung and had to have part of it removed as a result of the attack.
