A bogus psychiatrist who faked being a doctor for more than 20 years, earning more than £1 million from the NHS, must pay back £400,000 or face more jail time.

Andrew Sullivan was sentenced in connection with sexual offences in Lancashire and the Kent area at Canterbury Crown Court.
