Moorland Fire

Several fire crews were called to Froggatt Edge in the Peak District on Friday afternoon after a blaze took hold on the moorland.

Emergency services were called to moorland between Huddersfield and Saddleworth after a large fire broke out on Thursday.

The public were urged to avoid areas around Marsden Moor after a 50 sq km fire broke out.
